Complete re-felt of the flat roof section over the rear single-storey extension. The existing felt has deteriorated and is showing signs of delamination and water ingress around the parapet wall. Works to include: strip existing felt layers, inspect and repair decking boards as required, apply new 3-layer torch-on felt system with upstand detail to parapet, install lead flashing to parapet cap, and make good.
